Greenville University Andrews Lecture 2019-10-21 with Dr Willie Jennings

The Rev. Dr. Willie James Jennings joins us to speak at the 4th Andrews Lecture in Christian Unity. The event, held at Whitlock Music Center occurred on Oct 21, 2019 7:00 p.m. CDT. Rev Jennings currently serves as Associate Professor of Systematic Theology and Africana Studies at Yale University Divinity School . He authored The Christian Imagination: Theology and the Origins of Race, and is the recipient of the 2015 Grawemeyer Award in Religion for his groundbreaking work on race and Christianity. he also served with his wife, the Rev. Joanne L. Browne Jennings, as associate ministers at the Mount Level Baptist Church in Durham, North Carolina.
