Hans Boersma served as Professor of Theology at Regent College from 20052019. He is the author of several books, including Heavenly Participation: The Weaving of a Sacramental Tapestry (Eerdmans 2011); Scripture as Real Presence: Sacramental Exegesis in the Early Church (Baker Academic, 2017); and most recently, Seeing God: The Beatific Vision in Christian Tradition (Eerdmans, 2018). Among Hans Boersma's main theological interests are Catholic thought, the church fathers, and spiritual interpretation of Scripture.
