Each event will create a conversation about what the five solas ("onlys" or "alones"), mottos of the Reformation, mean in the lives of Christians today. The five solas are: - Sola Gratia: Grace Alone - Sola Scriptura: Scripture Alone - Sola Fide: Faith Alone - Solus Christus: Christ Alone - Soli Deo Gloria: For God's Glory Alone To stimulate the conversation, each event will bring together academic understanding with living church practice of one of the solas. The presenters will be a mix of theological thinkers/teachers and persons doing ministry. The five events, being held in different places in Canada, will be live streamed to include participants from anywhere who log into the event, and participants anywhere will be able to ask questions and make comments during the dialogue portions of the events.
