Jesus died on the cross for our sins, but that’s not the end of the story. Theologian and pastor Jeremy Treat joins us to talk about all the cross accomplished on our behalf and how that changes the way we communicate the gospel to a post-Christian world. We go through the three main theories of the atonement: Christus Victor, penal substitutionary atonement, and moral example and show how these integrate with one another to redeem all the aspects of our life in a fallen world.
