The Baptist War: Slave Uprising in the Last Days of Slavery - Professor Alec Ryrie

Pressure for emancipation came from the colonies and plantations where the victims of slavery were based as well as the Palace of Westminster. Professor Ryrie describes some of these uprisings, and corrects some of the false allegations made against the slave and the horrific reprisals they suffered for their bravery.
